Amr Talaat, Egypt’s Minister of Communication and Information Technology, met with Prime Minister of Estonia, Kaja Kallas, during his visit at the Head of a Delegation to Estonia to exchange experience in the field of digital governance.
During the meeting, Amr Talaat said that they want to use Estonia’s experience in digital transformation, digital technology, and digital data management to build e-government, enhance government performance, and transform Egypt into an integrated digital society.
The meeting was attended by Haitham Salah, Egypt’s ambassador to Finland, Khaled El-Attar, Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Administrative Development, Digital Transformation and Mechanization, Sherine El-Gendy, Assistant Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Strategy and Implementation, and Hossam Othman, Vice President of the Information Technology Industry Development Authority and Head of the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center.
Prime Minister Kaja welcomed them and expressed her excitement for cooperation with Egypt in digital transformation.
