Hot on the heels of announcing upgrades to UK mobile networks in hard-to-reach places, and as part of its latest plans to roll out gigabit broadband across the country, the government turns connectivity focus on educational establishments
The funding is being made available through broadband infrastructure grants awarded to Comcast, Verizon and Mediacom, which will expand their coverage areas to reach an additional 11,600 homes and businesses.
